CURRENT PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:


Vice President, TAG / The Adjusters Group, Inc. Founding Shareholder of this group of the most highly qualified, professional public adjusting firms in the U.S. The Adjusters Group mission is to provide consulting, marketing expertise, and coordination for the benefit of Big Six accounting firms and their clients.

Principal, Berman Adjusters; President, Berman Adjusters, Inc. Over thirty years experience in all phases of real estate insurance loss adjustments.

Consulting to the banking community on property insurance claims. Litigation support specialist, definition and measurement of damage. Extensive consultation with law firms for the benefit of their clients. Certified as an expert witness in Massachusetts and Federal Courts. Insurance Loss Consultant; responsibility for commercial/industrial loss consultation coordination.

Specialized loss consulting for the real estate industry. Facility, FF&E, boiler and machinery, and related business interruption claim preparation.

Obtained company certification as Registered Contractor with Resolution Trust Corporation, retained by and adjusted losses for same, ongoing consulting. Adjusted numerous losses for many banks and financial institutions.
